As of now, we do not offer custom boxes. For special orders, reach out to our team.

Depending on the box you choose, there might be ingredients that have a shorter shelf life or that need to be refrigerated.

11 I would like my order to ship out on a future date. Is that something you offer?

If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please choose the desired delivery date on the calendar during the checkout process.

12 How can I be sure that my order went through?

Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.

13 Can I check the status of my order online?

Once our carrier has picked up the order, you will be able to track the shipment of your order by logging in to your account or by tracking your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you on UPS.com.

14 Are Buffet Box products guaranteed for quality and freshness?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all our products: If you are less than satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, we will either reship the item or refund you for the total value (within 30 days of receipt). Just call or email customer service and we'll make it right! We are open Mon-Fri -9-5pm EST.
